- Eligibility
- Contest is open to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and non-permanent residents residing in Singapore.
- How to Enter
- Purchase any 2 Alce Nero products in a single receipt.
- Take a photo of the receipt.
- Submit the photo of the receipt on our online form: https://alcenero.asia/staycation
- Keep the hardcopy of the receipt for verification.
- Contest duration: 1 September - 31 October 2019.
- Winners Drawing and Notification
- Two (2) winners will each be awarded cash voucher worth SGD1500 from Grand Hyatt Singapore by third party, drawing from among all eligible entries received.
- Not exchangeable for cash whether full or in part.
- To be redeemed or utilized for the full values of the vaucher.
- Cash vaucher are in denominations of either $50 or $100.
- The vaucher has a validity of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Any other incidentals charges are payable by bearer.
- Vaucher are only valid for one-time usage and must be presented to the Front Desk Officer upon check-in.
- Vaucher will not be valid unless duly endorsed.
- Voucher is not valid for use with other promotions.
- Reservations should be made 3 days or earlier prior to arrival and rooms are subjected to availability.
- Extensions of room stay are subjected to room availability at the hotel's current walk-in rates.
- Voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- No replacement vouchers will be issued for loss of original copy.
- Purchaser or holder shall be solely and fully responsible for all consequences of loss, theft or misplacement of the voucher.
- Check-in time: 1500 hrs / Check-out time: 1200 hrs. Additional charges apply for early check-in or late check-out. Rooms are strictly subjected to availability.
- Strictly no extension of voucher after expiry date.
- Ten (10) winners will each be awarded with an exclusive Alce Nero hamper (worth $80). Prize is not exchangeable for cash. Clouet Trading Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice and no correspondence shall be entertained.
- All winners will be selected by third party, drawing from among all eligible entries received. Potential winner will be further notified by phone or email to verify the authenticity of the participant's identity, through Name and Email. If potential winner cannot be contacted or fails the verification process or fails to respond to the telephone call or email within twenty-four (24) hours, such potential winner is disqualified. In the event that a potential winner has forfeited the prize or is otherwise disqualified for any reason, Clouet Trading Pte Ltd ("Organiser") will award the prize to an alternate promotion winner. Winner is subject to verification by Clouet Trading Pte Ltd and/or its agents, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.
- Clouet Trading Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any winner who does not respond within 7 working days after notification.
- Others
- Copyright in all images submitted for this Contest remains with the respective entrants. Once submitted, entrants grant Clouet Trading Pte Ltd permission to feature the submitted images in any of its publication, website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and/or any promotional material related to the Contest.
