Alce Nero brown rice features honey-coloured grains. Baldo and Ribe varieties are used, depending on what our rice farmers have available, and they feature similar organoleptic qualities. Both are long-stem, native Italian varieties with deep root systems which guarantee a healthier plant and greater nutritional quality in our product due to their ability to draw nourishment from the richest layers of soil. It is perfect for vegetable potages.
