Strawberry Jam Muffins

Caster sugar 55g
Melted butter oil 60g
Strawberry yoghurt 1/4 cup
Alce Nero organic strawberry jamr 60g

Strawberry jam muffins

 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C degrees. Sieve (A) in a bowl.
  2. In another mixing bowl, put in (B), mix well.
  3. Then add in (A), mix with a balloon whisk. Scoop the batter into a paper cup.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
