Spaghetti Goreng

Serves 1 person

Ingredient Quantity
Alce Nero Organic Spaghetti  100g
Alce Nero Pasta Sauce with Basil 2 tbsp
Stir Fried Chilli Paste 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce  3 tbsp
Tomato, sliced thinly 1
Red Onion, sliced 1
Small tofu, diced 1
Shallots, sliced 3
Red Onion, sliced 3
Egg, whisked 1
Beansprouts 1
Prawn, deshelled  200g
Spring onions, sliced 2



Balsamic Prosciutto Salad



  1. In a pot, cook the pasta until el dente. Set aside. 
  2. In a pan, cook the onions, shallots, tomato and tofu.
  3. Add the chilli paste and pasta sauce. Add soy sauce. 
  4. Pour in the prawns and let it simmer till prawn is cooked. 
  5. Add the pasta and eggs in and mix it all together.
  6. Add the spring onion and beansprouts. Mix till cooked and coated. 
  7. Serve while hot. 
  8. Sprinkle the sesame seed on top and bake for 1 hour.
