Sausage & Capsicum Pasta Bake

Serves 4 person

Ingredient Quantity
Sausage 180g
Capsicum, chopped 50g
Alce Nero organic fusilli or penne, cooked "al dente" and drained 250g
Alce Nero organic tomato sauce with basil 700g/2 bottles
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 70g

Sausage capsicum pasta

 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175°C. In a skillet, cook sausage and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain. Stir in pasta and tomato sauce, mix well.
  2. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
