Serves 3 person
|Alce Nero organic pasta||250g|
|Alce Nero organic tomato sauce with vegetable||350g|
|Alce Nero organic extra virgin olive oil||2 tbsp|
|Garlic, coarsely chopped||1 clove|
|Salt and black pepper, to taste|
|Ground beef or meat of your choice||400g|
|Beef stock, homemade or from stock cube||250ml|
|Heavy cream||4 tbsp|
Here's the ingredients you are using:
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the garlic and cook, stirring, until golden. Add the meat and cook on medium heat until thoroughly cooked, breaking up any lumps and stirring frequently. Lower the heat and stir in the wine and the salt and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, and gradually introduce the stock, stirring occasionally, until it becomes absorbed.
- Pour in the cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, drain and set aside. Pour the sauce over the pasta and toss. Serve immediately.
