Serves 3 person
|Alce Nero organic pasta||250g|
|Alce Nero organic tomato sauce with chilli||350g|
|Alce Nero organic extra virgin olive oil||1 tbsp|
|Lean bacon, diced (optional)||100g|
|Fresh brown mushrooms, chopped||125g|
|Garlic, crushed||1 clove|
|Salt, to taste|
|Grated parmesan cheese, to taste|
Here's the ingredients you are using:
- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, add the bacon and stir-fry over medium heat until slightly crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the chopped mushroom to the pan and cook in the same way. Remove and set aside. Add the garlic to the pan and cook, stirring, until golden.
- Add the tomato sauce and salt, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then add the mushrooms and bacon. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, drain and set aside.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and toss. Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
