Pasta Arrabbiata

Alce Nero organic pasta | 250g |
Alce Nero organic tomato sauce with chilli | 350g |
Alce Nero organic extra virgin olive oil | 1 tbsp |
Lean bacon, diced (optional) | 100g |
Fresh brown mushrooms, chopped | 125g |
Garlic, crushed | 1 clove |
Salt, to taste | |
Grated parmesan cheese, to taste |
Here's the ingredients you are using:
- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, add the bacon and stir-fry over medium heat until slightly crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the chopped mushroom to the pan and cook in the same way. Remove and set aside. Add the garlic to the pan and cook, stirring, until golden.
- Add the tomato sauce and salt, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then add the mushrooms and bacon. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, drain and set aside.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and toss. Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
