Overnight Mixed Berries Oats

Serves 2 person

Ingredient Quantity
Rolled oats 1/2 cup
Milk (or any liquid of your choice) 1/2 cup milk
Plain yoghurt 2 tbsp
Alce Nero Mixed Berries Jam 1.5 tbsp
Banana, sliced 1/2
Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp
Walnut, broken 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconuts, optional 1 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 1 pinch

 

Here's the ingredients you are using:

Overnight berries oats

 

  1. In your favourite breakfast bowl, stir together half the oats with half the liquid of your choice. Top with a layer of banana, followed by a layer of jam and a sprinkling of desiccated coconut and cinnamon.
  2. Repeat again and finish off with a layer of yoghurt. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, walnuts and dash of cinnamon.
  3. Cover with cling film and keep in the fridge, ready for a yummy breakfast the next day!
  4. Feel free to experiment with different Alce Nero jam flavours and different fruits that go well with it! Here are some other combinations: Peach jam and lemon zest, strawberry jam and goji berries, plum jam and figs, apricot jam and raisins.
