Lavendar & Honey Bread

|Whole wheat flour||325g|
|Dried lavendar flowers||5g|
|Instant dried yeast||7g|
|Alce Nero organic wildflower honey||30g|
|Alce Nero extra virgin olive oil||60g|
Here's the ingredients you are using:
- Place all the ingredients in the dough mixer. Mix 4 minutes on speed 1, and 6 minutes on speed 2. Remove and rest the dough, covered, for 30 minutes, or until doubled in volume.
- Shape the dough as desired and prove, covered, until doubled, about 1 hour in a warm place.
- Bake at 180°C to 190°C for around 35 minutes, or until bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
