Lavendar & Honey Bread

| Whole wheat flour | 325g |
| Bread flour | 150g |
| Rye flour | 25g |
| Dried lavendar flowers | 5g |
| Instant dried yeast | 7g |
| Alce Nero organic wildflower honey | 30g |
| Salt | 10g |
| Alce Nero extra virgin olive oil | 60g |
| Water | 225ml |
Here's the ingredients you are using:
- Place all the ingredients in the dough mixer. Mix 4 minutes on speed 1, and 6 minutes on speed 2. Remove and rest the dough, covered, for 30 minutes, or until doubled in volume.
- Shape the dough as desired and prove, covered, until doubled, about 1 hour in a warm place.
- Bake at 180°C to 190°C for around 35 minutes, or until bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
