Greek Salad Pasta
Serves 4 person
| Ingredient | Quantity |
| Garlic, minced | 2 cloves |
| Dijon mustard | 1/2 tsp |
| Oregano, dried | 1 tsp |
| Alce Nero Organic Apple Cider Vinegar | 3 tbsp |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 lemon |
| Salt & Pepper | To Taste |
| Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 1/2 cup |
| Alce Nero Fusilli | 3 cups |
| Feta Cheese | 1/2 cup |
| Olives, sliced and pitted | 1/2 cup |
| cherry tomatoes, sliced | 10 |
| 1 japanese cucumber | sliced |
Preparation
- Mix the dressing ingredients and set aside
- Cook the pasta according to packaging and let it cool
- In a bowl, add in the pasta and vegetables. Pour in the dressing and mix. Season well.
- Put in fridge for one hour and serve while cold
