Balsamic Prosciutto Salad

Alce Nero Organic Balsamic Vinegar 5 tbsp
Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 tbsp
Parma Ham (optional) 6 slices
Honey Melon 1 piece
White Grapes Reasonable amount
Greek Yoghurt Reasonable amount
Italian Salad Leaves 250g
Rocket Leaves 250g
Pepper Reasonable amount
Salt Reasonable amount

Balsamic Prosciutto Salad

 

Dressing

  1. Mix Balsamic Vinegar with Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bowl.

 

Preparation

  1. Cut the white grapes in two pieces.
  2. Slice the honey melon and cut the pulp into pieces.
  3. Add the salad leaves and mix together with a pinch of salt.
  4. Add Parma Ham together with the dressing and mix well.
  5. Add Greek Yoghurt, mix well and serve.
