Balsamic Prosciutto Salad

| Alce Nero Organic Balsamic Vinegar | 5 tbsp |
| Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 5 tbsp |
| Parma Ham (optional) | 6 slices |
| Honey Melon | 1 piece |
| White Grapes | Reasonable amount |
| Greek Yoghurt | Reasonable amount |
| Italian Salad Leaves | 250g |
| Rocket Leaves | 250g |
| Pepper | Reasonable amount |
| Salt | Reasonable amount |

Dressing
- Mix Balsamic Vinegar with Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bowl.
Preparation
- Cut the white grapes in two pieces.
- Slice the honey melon and cut the pulp into pieces.
- Add the salad leaves and mix together with a pinch of salt.
- Add Parma Ham together with the dressing and mix well.
- Add Greek Yoghurt, mix well and serve.
