Serves 2 person
|Rolled oats||1/2 cup|
|Milk (or any liquid of your choice)||1/2 cup milk|
|Plain yoghurt||2 tbsp|
|Alce Nero Mixed Berries Jam||1.5 tbsp|
|Pumpkin seeds||1 tbsp|
|Walnut, broken||1 tbsp|
|Desiccated coconuts, optional||1 tbsp|
|Ground cinnamon||1 pinch|
Here's the ingredients you are using:
- In your favourite breakfast bowl, stir together half the oats with half the liquid of your choice. Top with a layer of banana, followed by a layer of jam and a sprinkling of desiccated coconut and cinnamon.
- Repeat again and finish off with a layer of yoghurt. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, walnuts and dash of cinnamon.
- Cover with cling film and keep in the fridge, ready for a yummy breakfast the next day!
- Feel free to experiment with different Alce Nero jam flavours and different fruits that go well with it! Here are some other combinations: Peach jam and lemon zest, strawberry jam and goji berries, plum jam and figs, apricot jam and raisins.
