Gelatin 1/2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Whipped cream 70g
Alce Nero organic peach jam 4 tbsp

Peach Mousse Dessert

 

  1. Soak gelatin in water in a bowl for half an hour.
  2. Cook over bain-marie with medium heat till gelatin fully dissolves.
  3. Add in cream and peach jam, mix well.
  4. Pour into a desire dish. Put inside a fridge till set.
