Ingredient Quantity
Alce Nero organic pasta 250g
Alce Nero organic tomato sauce with vegetable 350g
Alce Nero organic extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
Garlic, coarsely chopped 1 clove
Salt and black pepper, to taste  
Ground beef or meat of your choice 400g
Beef stock, homemade or from stock cube 250ml
Heavy cream 4 tbsp

Pasta bolognese

 

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the garlic and cook, stirring, until golden. Add the meat and cook on medium heat until thoroughly cooked, breaking up any lumps and stirring frequently. Lower the heat and stir in the wine and the salt and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, and gradually introduce the stock, stirring occasionally, until it becomes absorbed.
  2. Pour in the cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, drain and set aside. Pour the sauce over the pasta and toss. Serve immediately.
