Alce Nero Balsamic Vinegar 4 Leaves is made with Italian grape must and produced by adding wine vinegar to grape must and an aliquot of balsamic vinegar aged 10 years. The musts are obtained from grapes coming exclusively from the following vines: Lambruscco, Sangiovese, Trebbiani, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, Montuni. In the classification defined by the (Assaggiatori Italiani Balsamico - Italian Balsamic Tasters), it obtained the category "Four Leaves" (the highest recognized) with a gold label. Characterized by a high syrupiness, this vinegar has a complex and penetrating odor with a typical aroma of wood. Particularly suitable for ice cream, fruit and cheese.
