Ingredient (serves 15):
(A)
100g cake flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt

(B)
2 eggs
55g caster sugar
60g melted butter oil
1/4 cup strawberry yoghurt
60g Alce Nero Organic Strawberry Jam

Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C degrees. Sieve (A) in a bowl. In another mixing bowl, put in (B), mix well. Then add in (A), mix with a balloon whisk. Scoop the batter into a paper cup. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
