Spaghettini Sardines  
Spaghettini Sardines

Ingredient (serves 2):
150g Alce Nero Spaghettini
2 pieces Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Chili
1 tablespoon Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove garlic, chopped
1 cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon lime juice

Seasoning:
2 tbsp seasoning sauce
Pepper
Sugar 
Chilies (optional)

Garnishing:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 spring onion, chopped
1 teaspoon crispy garlic (optional)

Method:
Put sardines in microwave for 1 minute. Bring water to a boil in a big pot; add in 1 tablespoon saltand the pasta; cook until al dente. Drain. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add in chopped garlic till golden brown. Add in cabbage and cook till soft.
Add in strain spaghettini, slightly stir fry. Season with seasoning sauce, pepper, sugar and chili. Transfer spaghettini to a plate. Arrange sardine on the spaghettini. Top with crispy garlic, coriander leaves and spring onion.
